St. George Island Family Pics!

Family Beach Pics from St. George Island this summer. All 14 of us were there for this beach week, but at different times. It was great to be able to have beach time with both sister & brother in laws, all 6 of the Gore Grandsons, Nana & Gramps, but wish we could have all been there at the same time to get a big group pic! These pics were taken one day before we left and when a big tropical storm came in and the island had to be evacuated. Scary! Looking back at the pics, the weather does look a little eerie! Luckily, we had gorgeous beach weather the entire week!

Zoo Atlanta

We hit up Zoo Atlanta for the 2nd time this month today. We got season passes again when I was planning for this year of PreK where the boys will have Friday off to do fun things. After a busy week of starting PreK, 1st choir practice and learning what Tee Ball team the boys are on, we were very excited to spend today together at te zoo. 3 of my girlfriends were there with their kids so it was fun to meet up and ride the train together. Then, it made my day because Daddy was able to come to the zoo with us! Once our friends left, the 4 of us did the rock wall, got ice cream, & strolled around the zoo for 3 hours. It was so fun!

SGI Summer Beach Trip 2012!

We had quite the crew at St. George Island this year! Me, Brandon, Jackson, Colton & puppy Chad stayed at Nana & Gramp's beach house along with Michael, Lisa, Jesse, Joey, Brian, Jenny, Ethan, & Nolan. Next door to the beach house was sorority sis, Stephanie, her hubby, Jack, Ethan, Lauren, her brother & sis in law & her parents! We were able to have beach time with all 23 people! It was a gorgeous week and the day we left, the island was evacuated for a tropical storm! EEK!

Last full week of summer break

We are on the last full week of summer break before PreK begins next week. We have been having fun at the pool with friends, playing Wii, practicing letters, sight words, numbers. Lots of snuggles, picnics, bike riding, neighborhood fun, and just hanging out together before our new schedule begins!

Allergy Testing-Jackson outgrew his baby egg allergy & is now only allergic to chickpeas. More testing to be done for environmental factors, but pleased he isn't allergic to milk, eggs, or peanuts! 

My dear friend Alicia became a part of the IMS team this week-of course we needed cute new binders for the occasion! 

Sorority sisters lunch at the clubhouse. So glad Amanda came in town for a visit! This was a fun lunch where we got to have some GphiB girl time while our 6 kids played at my house with our awesome babysitter!

Non-Perishable Lunch Items-Colton helped me organize them for our pantry by color!

The boys have done amazing on their chore charts all summer! This week they wanted Chuck E. Cheese day for their reward!
